So whats my deal? I am a mask and costume artist that specializes in masks where the wearer's eyes are visible and stuff built to survive and be easier to wear in larp environments. I use all flexible materials in hopes of greater safety, comfort and durability. 1/2

Found a pair of antlers that were more the proportions and size that I need for larp masks and I only just got around to doing the molds from them. Surprisingly difficult to find a set that are overall on the smaller side but still have more to them.

You gotta curate outfits with my costumes. They really are not at their best till somebody coordinates something cool to wear with them. Truly. The genre or style doesn't matter dont think -just how clearly someone's on a mission about it.

Finally decided to try on my deer army armor from the movie “The Great Wall.” I’ve lost a bunch of weight, so it actually fits now.

Third time’s the charm. After commissioning the custom mask from @magpiebones.bsky.social, a slapdash waist-up costume served for a one-off project, then burnout. In the interim, an off-the-rack Lower Decks uniform worked as Ensign Taylor…though the face markings are incorrect for him. #BCCcon

Shearing shearing all the shearing. Ideally, hoping to have this batch out by the end of the week. There will be seven total, and they will all be a little bit different while still all being gray wolves.

Had a great question about makeup come in today- This is for makeup novices out there: If you are going to back out your eyes to go with my masks, you can level up that look by putting color BACK onto your eyelids to make your eyes pop.

PSS- drag and anime cosplay video tutorials are going to be you very best freinds for eye makeup that coordinates with my masks, and lasts. The idea is always to highlight the eyes. They must stand out to make these masks live best.

You can also optimize the contrast rather than try to blend- in the full body shots, I added more orange rather than black because I cant hide the mask to skin transition but I can make the color change look intentional and it makes my eyes more visible too.

It is reeeeaal weird to be an atheist and happier with the holy see, than my government.

I've heard people make claims that AI would lead to a new Renaissance, but I didn't imagine it'd happen like this:

Plugging along on this. Meow-era Hank Mccoy. It was in my lane, so I said why not. I'm doing the head and the gloves, and a friend is handling the outfit. It'll be done when it's done.

He looks like a siamese the way some artists handle the design during this time... others, it just seemed like they weren't comfortable drawing cat faces or something. You know, like how horses look weird in a lot of animes. Anyway, hee hoo lion face go.

This is where this is going, more or less. For those unfamiliar, there was an era during the nineties where tldr, beast was a cat. And some of the art i cannot stand and some of the art is in line with what I do- And i'm just kind of doing a riff on various designs from that era.

Basically the perfect national fiber tech fur turned up in just enough to do the project. So here we are. It's a lot like how the sinister project only happened because I found exactly the right fabric I wanted.

Long in advance I know but as of present the plan is to open for new projects in late Jan 2027 or earliest bit of Feb and that will be for completions thru June.

I did mean what I said about that series of gray wolves. 6 or 7 basic larp masks, all grey wolves, but each done a little differently, will be available soon. Not putting a date on it yet but they are in production.
