Holder: The Supreme Court is a broken institution. And it’s something that has to be part of the national conversation in ’26 and in ’28. If there is a Democratic trifecta in 2028—and I think the possibility of that is pretty good—Supreme Court reform has to be on the table.

NEWS: A federal judge in Rhode Island has released her written order demanding the Trump admin use emergency funds to pay SNAP food benefits. The court gave the gov until Nov 4 to ensure payments are made and says if the contingency fund runs out, they must continue to fund SNAP via other means.

As SNAP benefits are cut, this should be something we demand of state governors to do with their states national guard. Food banks & other forms of community aid will feel the stress caused by these cuts. There will undoubtedly be understaffing and shortages, this is one way we can prepare for this
