She has an obligation to assist the officers not to interfere with the officers.

Friday, DOJ arrested a state judge in Wisconsin. Did she really commit a crime or is something else at work here? What are the law and the facts you need to understand to see the political machinations at work here? I try to take those issues on in this piece. joycevance.substack.com/p/arresting-...

Purse snatching case makes history.

The New York Times@nytimes.com

Investigators have arrested a person accused of being involved in the theft of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s handbag at a Washington restaurant last weekend, the Secret Service said Sunday.

Gustapo.

Glad House Dems are demanding a full briefing—because immigration agents showed up at L.A. elementary schools, and DHS lied about it. Watch the video. Hear the truth from L.A.’s superintendent. Then ask why the hell Homeland Security is targeting kids. Don’t let this go!!!

The way these people are so cool with casually ruining someone else’s life is MIND-BOGGLING. I’m so curious about what has to happen to a person to allow them to justify these actions to themselves.

So, what does this accomplish?

Right now @booker.senate.gov is filibustering on the senate floor “for as long as [he is] physically able.” Grateful to see Dems with some fight in them! This part about John Lewis is particularly meaningful. Check it out and then go find Senator Booker live on every platform!!

Why it won't change anything.

It’s well known that I was on The Apprentice. We were all covered by NDAs at the time, but mine has now expired. And do I ever have some tea to spill. I’ll post it later today after consulting once again with my attorneys.

Those people are really weird.

I noted the plaintiff in the case against the military transgender ban that just resulted in a nationwide injunction against it, out of WA state, is Commander Emily Shilling, a Navy fighter and test pilot who transitioned while in the service. glaad.org/transgender-...

The real question is, should it have been classified.

David Pakman@davidpakman.bsky.social

Do folks see what's going on here? When they say "no classified info was shared," it seems it might technically be true, because they are so incompetent, they never classified information that is supposed to be classified. They're using this as a get out of jail free card.

Kind of like the hard right!

The slow march toward martial law continues. They will say the Tesla protests justify it. They will say judicial activism justifies it. They will say whatever they think they need to say to keep on board whatever Republicans they think they need to keep on board. But it was always going to happen.
