Steven Spielberg informed so much of my childhood. His magic could even be felt when he served as executive producer on some of my favourite films.* Here’s some tribute art for films he either directed or produced. *Jaws is my favourite film of all time.

How I’m feeling this morning

Alternative movie posters inspired by films of the 80’s. What a decade!

👀 Rafael's "What's New" approach: "I had this idea of presenting release notes almost like Instagram Stories […] Shareshot made it really easy to frame iPhone screenshots into polished images that became the centerpiece of that experience" More 👉 shareshot.app/blog/Indie-Fram... #buildinpublic

I would love to see the @criterion.bsky.social release of Obsession. Here’s how my work would look if it was used as the cover art.

Happy Birthday to Ron Perlman. Here’s a 1 hour speed paint of him as Guillermo del Toro’s HellBoy!

Excited to see Akira back on the cinema screens this weekend. Here’s a poster I created for Steoud Film Festivals poster exhibition a while back

In 2021, Chloé Zhao took home the Oscar for best director. I did a quick painting of her holding the statue the day after her win. Will she do the same this year?

28 Years Later: The Bone Temple by PRO Member @marklevyart.bsky.social #28YearsLaterTheBoneTemple

So excited to be able to share these. I was lucky enough to be asked by Sony to create two posters for 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple. One for Dolby and one for the international market.

Dolbylabs has revealed my official poster for 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple. It’s been an honour to work on one of the best franchises in horror. Thanks to Popcore and @sonyentertaintment.bsky.social for the opportunity.

The Godfather by PRO Member @marklevyart.bsky.social #TheGodfather

Finally completed the Lego Millennium Falcon. It's taken over two years. My biggest achievement since getting a yellow belt in judo. Happy New Year everyone! 🥳

The trailer for the show is now live on the Apple Podcasts app or wherever you listen to your podcasts! podcasts.apple.com/gb/podcast/s...

I had the great pleasure of working with @garywhitta.bsky.social on the poster for his new project, See You In Hell. Gary wanted a painting of the Hollywood Hills, but the iconic Hollywood sign replaced with the podcast's title. What a brilliant cast! Check out the trailer over at Gary’s profile.

Very excited to share my official artwork for the brilliant short film "Till Death Do Us Part", written by @carolyngoodyear and directed by @olikember. Congratulations to @thepitchuk and everyone involved for bringing this excellent film to so many festivals already, and I hope many more to come.

Here’s a new series I’ve created for @thoughtbubbleuk.bsky.social next week. It’s focusing on pop culture characters with iconic hairstyles. I’m still brainstorming a name for the series. ATM, it's “Fringe Cinema”, but I'm open to any pun-tastic suggestions.

Running around getting everything ready for @thoughtbubbleuk.bsky.social this weekend. I’ll be among some amazing artists at C31 - 2000AD hall. With some new work including my “Fringe Cinema” set and The Godfather Trilogy, Power Ranger APs. (Tnx to @swainson.bsky.social for the map)

On the way to Sheffield for @vicepress.bsky.social Open House. Looking forward to catching up and see some amazing artworks.

To celebrate Mary Shelly’s birthday, here’s the Bride Of Frankenstein artwork I did a little while ago.

Loved M3GEN 2.0. This time switching the comedy horror for a comedy sci fi actioner. I laughed a lot and loved all the film and tv references throughout, from Knight Rider to Metropolis (I think I also spotted a nod to Superman III). All very silly and highly entertaining.
