Update on Eddy's post-PU surgery-- He's healing well, despite licking the wound a lot. I told the vet he keeps taking off his cones even when attached to a harness and so he's just gonna need to be sedated a lot for the next 2 weeks. I highly rec getting pet health insurance btw 🫵🏾 do it

while reticent to ask for help regarding my own medical expenses, an emergency vet visit has strained us immeasurably. we still don’t know the outcome, only the price. if you enjoy my work, rem is the soul who keeps me sane enough to make it. anything helps. thank you. ko-fi.com/sabattons

I have to put a few things on pause, art and comics i have due and messages and emails i haven't yet answered, etc. I've got a bad head cold that's kicking my ass, and my cat Eddy has been back and forth from the animal ER this week with urinary issues so I'm kinda wiped out 🤕 back to business soon

Every time they manually unblock him and force the urine out of him it's $5k, and so much stress for him. I still don't know if my pet insurance is gonna cover it (claim is under review) I'm going crazy UGHHHHH
