Playing catchup as quickly as possible so that we're not behind or discovered. While playing catchup, missing new information. #ImposterSyndrome is our go-to add-on mental hangup besides #depression. Let's not forget time blindness, working memory (remembering to remember), emotional dysregulation.

Give Yourself Grace. You're fighting unseen battles that no one can help you with.

And I wish it were just that, but the nature of this brain wants to consume new things every second and move on from things only partially learned even sooner. So to sit and study policies, or work on hours long spreadsheets may as well be a form of torture.

Physical pain in the body can result, instant "flight" trigger, making me feel unsafe and needing to escape. Instant distraction from thin air, loss of time, loss of attention. Get me on a webimar thats even the slightest dry and I may as well not even be listening. Then we're behind our colleagues.
