Stephen Miller declared on-air that "under title 10 of the US code, the President has plenary authority". Um, ... plenary power or plenary authority is a complete and absolute power to take action on a particular issue, with no limitations. Hmm. 🤔 #USPolitics #plenaryauthority

This isn’t the first time Miller has used the term “plenary authority” with respect to the Presidency. He did so already in March, but that time he was referring to the president’s authority in foreign policy. What’s new here is now to say this absolute power also applies domestically.

Plenary authority is complete, unrestricted, and absolute power to act on a specific matter‼️ The Supreme Court did this‼️

He froze because he realized, in real time, that what he’d just said carried serious constitutional implications. Which now will be used against the Trump administration in court. He invoked “plenary authority.” That phrase means complete authority, basically the president has dictatorial powers.

I'm not all that smart but I looked this up and plenary authority means limitless authority. As in unlimited. As in no one is allowed to stop it. Seems like a problem.
