A listener reports a broken down 18-wheeler on the Mackay Bridge, Hfx-Bound. That's about halfway across the MacKay. This is causing traffic to back-up on HWY 111. And it also looks like this is causing some slowdowns to Dartmouth as well #HFXTraffic
