Bat D. Wilson

Hi, I'm Matt D. Wilson! I write comics and books, podcast, and do comedy! Here's the website that links all my stuff. What I don't do is color comics! That's not me. That's another guy. He's nice. If he's here, follow him, too.

Songs I should have put on the WRA Halloween mixtape but didn't: Wolf Like Me by TV on the Radio Walking with a Ghost by Tegan and Sara Dragula by White Zombie Feed my Frankenstein by Alice Cooper

Kinda wild that people are out here astonished folks don't know the H3 people. I am extremely online and had only ever seen them one time before this divorce story blew up. They were on a Hot Ones, which I skipped because I had no idea who they were

You Can See Everything is basically a good cop/bad cop routine for three hours to my eye -- that's all I'll say

I still hope Collins loses but with all this cousin stuff around Jackson, I have to wonder: Is it impossible for Maine to have a regular candidate for anything?

Bowens has simply been replaced with Action Andretti I guess 🤼

The censors wildin on that button tonight 🤼

Pretty wild how far Marina’s come since her shaky early AEW promos and matches to be Mercedes’ natural next challenger 🤼‍♀️

Nick Wayne was born after Monday Nitro went off the air, so that’s extra funny 🤼

Cool matching gear on the Death Riders there 🤼

Hey, good to see Steven Borden back out there! 🤼

Just learned about this polling firm that fabricated all of its data. Our Age of Scams continues.

202Saw rolls on with 2021's Spiral: From the Book of Saw, a very weird movie for many reasons. Above all: Chris Rock.

The Devils: You'll never believe what happened when a nun got too horny

I'd say this dialogue is fully self-parody but that's too mean to parody

The Chicken Man? Who they blew up in Philly last night?

press X to beg for death

Takeshita is just unbelievable, man. 🤼

Who would have thought a year sgo that Mox’s story would become one about only being able to go on because of a support system 🤼

This Mox match is a notable step down in pace in a show that’s been sprinting, but I know it’s Doing Something 🤼

Big ass metronome 🤼

Bandido may just be the best pro wrestler of our time. 🤼

Every match kinda overdelivering tonight 🤼

Finally, someone took advantage of Andrade’s staunch refusal to invest in tearaways 🤼

The vibe of Andrade and his valets 🤼

Kyle Fletcher has gotten so good at taking and selling offense. Man. 🤼

Fletcher with a Shawn Michaels sell there 🤼

Really loved how much the crowd got behind Thekla there 🤼‍♀️

The Accountant (for Tax Purposes)

When I was saving up for grad school I basically applied for every job I could. One was as a dispatcher for cable installers. They hired me but didn't train me. They just sat me in front of a computer and gave me a Nextel expecting I'd know what to do somehow? Just left halfway through the third day

Me learning that GTA VI has a totally new Justice soundtrack has taken it from "necessary evil" to "pure moral good" for me

“Ki ki ki, ma ma ma”? It’s like, use your words, Jason

We're kinda already there but I definitely think within the next decade we're gonna talk about Gerwig in the same breath as the greats of blockbuster cinema. Spielberg-class

Like, look. I kinda understand why people think TK fumbled with The Acclaimed, but there's mounting evidence that Caster, in particular, is a perpetual self-fumbler 🤼‍♂️

Not only is this a cool event, but it's also an opportunity for someone to FINALLY ask Nicholas Meyer which Star Trek movie is set in San Francisco

Don't you want to play games and see movies and TV shows you're specifically instructed you shouldn't enjoy with anyone else and can't talk to anyone about because you know no one else in all of existence experienced it?
