Tbh I think the powder gangers are a really poorly thought out faction. They're an introduction to the faction and disguise system, but not only are they just a bunch of bums with nothing to offer, but there's only like one place you can use a disguise to effect and it's immediately seen through.

Put together a little Power Shielding Unit for Hideous Destructor. Put up to 3 cells in to generate a shield. More cells = faster charging. It works like a shield core, so watch out for hollow point rounds, those'll fuck the shield up BAD.
