The latest season of Love Island UK is so funny because 98% of the time, people are fighting and lying to each other and then it’ll will hard cut over to this one couple who got together on day 1 and are just having a fun vacation at this point lounging in the sun and calling each other angel.

On a real note, it’s so refreshing to see two people actually playing the game. They’re open and honest with each other. When the show does kissing challenges to stir up drama, they participate but only in the most respectful ways. Always raving about one another to everyone. It’s just so sweet.

Got a visit from a beautiful southern flannel moth today while out in the backyard. Initially was unresponsive in the grass so I thought it was a honeybee overloaded in pollen and brought it inside. It flew a lap around the kitchen and landed back on my hand before I took it back to the backyard.

Do you know how much free knowledge is available on the internet? You don't even have to put down the phone you're addicted to, man. Train your brain to have the attention span for longer form content. Stop watching things on 2x speed and putting multiple forms of content on at once.
