vent post about 3 weeks ago i was diagnosed with a chronic illness that will stay with me until i die. fortunately itโ€™s well studied, and iโ€™ll be able to live a healthy life under the great healthcare i receive in denmark. nonetheless, i am so depressed. all my motivation is gone, i feel empty.

i wonโ€™t let it ruin me, though. i just need time. iโ€™m sick of needing time, but again, i need time. iโ€™ll still pursue the life i want to live, because otherwise i might as well die. and if not for modern medicine, i now know i would have never made it to 30. iโ€™ll get back on my feet soon enough

for the first time in a long time i had built up motivation and confidence to tackle my goals in life, i was happy, i was moving forward. i feel like i spent my 20s so far gearing up to do the things i want, and i just got hit with (what feels like) such a setback.
