Did you miss your chance to take to the stars?
We're still accepting late pledges for Starscape, a sci-fi #ttrpg about journeying through space, bonding through adversity, and becoming a found-family.

This week, over on my blog, I answered a request for mini-games that could be placed inside a larger game, like Fabula Ultima. So #mintrecommends some mini-games!
The Witch's Circle, by @springvillager.bsky.social, is a micro-rpg of remembrance. While the base game is about remembering a Witch, I think it could easily be repurposed to be about any notable NPC that you want to grieve.

And one extra addition for Bluesky: Arcane Underground by @junkfoodgames.bsky.social ! A mosaic-strict add-on that creates a magical relationship between the utility lines of a city, this card live rent-free in my brain.

Skeleton Key, by @twosnakesgames.bsky.social, is less of a standalone mini-game, and more of an extra mechanic that you can use to give a player something a little extra - a special piece of gear, or an in-story reason to be able to do something.

Something Changed, by @puzzlekindcreative.com, is a Mosaic-Strict tool that can be dropped into any game to introduce a method to changing a place every time your crew re-visits it. This could be used to keep a location fresh, or to add an element of horror.

Showdown From Memory, by @ranarh.bsky.social, is a tiny game that fits on a button! It's about re-living a boss battle, and could work as a way to flash-back to a fight in the past, or to fill in a battle of myth and legend. It's also just a bit goofy.

I Reincarnated as a Jester & Must Entertain The Monarch, by @hauntedmachine.dev, is a neat little mini zine that pits your jesters against each-other as they jingle-jangle for the king's approval.
Diary of a Cryptozoologist, by DropTheMyc Brewery, is a creature-building game that your group can use to build their own bestiary, which may help speed up the monster-building process!

Blood In The Margins is dark academia, Wretched & Alone style. You and your friends killed someone on campus. Now you're journaling about who they were, why they had to die, and how you're covering it up while investigators close in.

I promised @psychhound.com that I'd make a collection of CAMPAIGN.FRAME hacks if we get one more hack made by someone. You should check out Luka's hack dream.scape!

Over a year ago, I released a multi-ttrpg campaign framework inspired by REBOOT, titled CAMPAIGN.FRAME.
Today I'm releasing it's sequel. It's called time.war.
It's free.

We have a growing library of Malaysian and Asian made tabletop RPGs at Play Play Asia, and it was wonderful to see it grow again with three more games (Honey Hex, Camp Elementa, and Equinox) hand delivered to us by a friend from @dvaleris.bsky.social

To Feel Your Warmth is LIVE on BackerKit!
A tragic duet vampire TTRPG about two people in love, one of which has been cursed with vampirism, in the final hours before sunset. A conversation about love, trust, and the decision to move forward together or say goodbye forever.
🩸🚪🌅
NEW: Horror Games is an anthology of 15 terrifying cinematic experiences.
This cursed tome collects fifteen modern classic horror films reinterpreted as tabletop games. From 1 to 8 players, camp, gore, psychological, whatever your flavor of horror, there's a frightful game in here for you.
I uploaded my TTRPG essay from Sprigs & Kindling Volume 7 on how to use Carved from Brindlewood mechanics in Monster of the Week to itch. Free download! iamatrex.itch.io/what-can-hur...
Prison Book Program now has enough storage space for as many RPG books as people want to donate. Or any of the other frequently requested books, but RPG books are often requested, rarely donated, and most of the people I know here are RPG folks. prisonbookprogram.org/donate-books/
its #IndigenousPeoplesDay here in the US, so i wanted to shout out some Indigenous creators from Turtle Island who are making some wonderful, interesting, and transformative #TTRPGs :)
Next Saturday and Sunday, join us for a full weekend of actual play showcasing Rangers of a Broken World!
Featuring @euphoriaap.bsky.social@streamingrainbow.bsky.social@hilaritysaverpg.bsky.social@hauntedhauls.bsky.social and more.
The Rangers are gathering. Heed the call!
Ran my second playtest of Dagger Isles using the same starting situation (Dreams of the God Beasts).
This was a VERY different crew than last time and I had to think on my feet for a moment to figure out how to bring the situation home for them, but I think I did it!
Ran a local Games on Demand event in St. John's today. One of the most unexpected tools I was introduced to was a bag of communal fidgets. These helped players (and GMs) focus, and kept casual cellphone use to a minimum. I hope to have them at future events!
NEW: In The Excellents 2nd Edition you've earned a sword! You've won a crown! Now you have a responsibility to help keep Awesome World safe. Are you Princess enough? By Adriel Wilson and Chris O'Neill

Your Lips, My Lips... Apocalypse is a duet game in which two characters pass a cigarette from one to another, symbolized by drawing cards from a deck. Each card prompts you to fill out the sex that your two characters just had. By Dan John Crowler.
House in Heat, by @besidesbunny.bsky.social is a very explicit game for furries. It comes with pre-generated characters that come assigned with preferred sexual roles and special moves. The page itself is pretty explicit!
Wolf/Lamb/Dog, by @adisasterqueer.bsky.social, is a three-player erotic cannibalism game, about a wolf and a dog that fight over their right to possess a lamb. If you love imbalanced power dynamics, this is for you.
All's Fair, by @superdillin.bsky.social, has the following description: "Nasha Barridge Stopped a Fascist Regime by Wanting to F*ck Her Pathetic Boyfriend Crazy Style and You Can Too." It's Mickey-17 the game!
HARD, by @kenneldogs.bsky.social, feels spiritually related to Hawkmoth King, but it's a solo game and also a hack of the LUMEN system. Have you ever wanted to have tactically deployed sex? This is your game.
Dinosaur Erotica, by @zigmenthotep.bsky.social, is a great option for fans of @chucktingle.bsky.social's Tinglers, or for folks who enjoyed the video game Date Everything! You're not just dating dinosaurs in this one - get down and dirty with whatever concept you like!
With Eyes To See and Hands to Feel is a Spindlewheel playset by @22to22.bsky.social, about monsters, their bodies, and the relationship they have to their bodies. Good for folks who want a game that's more introspective.
Honey & Hot Wax is a games anthology compiled by @sharangbiswas.bsky.social and Lucian Khan, containing games, game-things, and LARPs all about sex and sexuality, linking these practises to how we roleplay.
Recently on Craig's show I talked about poetry as the not-game media I enjoy. I think a lot of y'all would enjoy this collection of poems:

✍️ For a Student Who Used AI to Write a Paper
✍️ Things Artificial Intelligence Can't Do

Can an RPG have coloring as its main mechanic? Yes!
I got to talk with @stickydoodler.bsky.social about their newest game COLOR JAM. Listen via the link or find Tabletop Talk on your favorite pod platform. #ttrpgspotifycreators-web.app.link/e/4zkeQh7uT6b
