Big congrats to AHI PhD researcher Diaa Lagan on being awarded a DARIAH-IE 2026 Early Career Researcher Bursary. Diaa will attend the DARIAH Event in Rome, sharing work on decolonial counter-mapping in extended reality. A fantastic recognition of practice-based research in the digital humanities 🌍✨

By a Thread at Maynooth University brought artists, writers and researchers together to reflect on maternal memory, loss and resilience. Powerful work from Pauline Keena and a thoughtful conversation with Camille Laurens made for a moving and insightful event.

A reminder to get there early on Thursdsy lest you be subject to the kinds of brawls over seating that @seroddy.bsky.social details in the book. No pew rents will be applied and there may even be some catering to get you in the door before the event.

Dónal Hassett@donalh.bsky.social

I learnt so much from this talk, thanks so much for sharing your expertise, @egeertsphd.bsky.social - you made the @muahi.bsky.social summer school metaphysically and materially fantastic!

Evelien Geerts@egeertsphd.bsky.social

I had a blast at @maynoothuniversity.ie’s inaugural Intersectional Humanities summer school today, curated by the wonderful @annahm.bsky.social & her team! It was a pretty intense philosophy session, in which we explored multiple onto-epistemological identity paradigms & interferential thought.
