FYI on Red Diesel: The tax on gas and diesel pays for highway maintenance in the USA. No fuel tax mean no money for road maintenance. Farm tractors and combines don't generally drive on highways, so they are allowed to use diesel that is not taxed for highway maintenance. Big rigs use highways.
