good morndas, it has come to our attention the dragonborn passed our bandit den twice without being attacked. please keep in mind failure to attack the level 74 dragonborn can result in disciplinary action up to and including termination. thank you for your attention on this matter. —management

i miss how the TES fandom was just a few short years ago. tons of events, tons of fan interaction, ESO thriving, devs had some job security. it wasn't perfect, but it was really nice and then xbox bought bethesda

Today marks the beginning of our trial against Rockstar to hold them accountable for firing workers who were trying to unionise. In order for us to see this through to the end, we need your support. Please donate to and share our fundraiser for the Rockstar 31: www.crowdfunder.co.uk/p/qr/wWq5Omj...

Devs like Marie want to make great games. But with the sword of layoffs poised over our heads, we are forced to split our attention between our work and the campaign to save our industry. #SaveGameWorkers by going to the link in our bio and telling Microsoft to take bargaining seriously.

Hollywood did this exact same thing under the nearly identical studio system after a global pandemic/financial crisis and what happened? Everyone unionized. Game studios when they hear their workers are interested in unionizing under virtually the same industry circumstances:

aaa video games trying to move to a project based model without any of the labor support or functioning professional project pipeline or etc etc etc that makes it possible in movies

Even with over 17 years of experience in AAA games, Kitty was laid off on July 6th. Making profitable games doesn’t spare developers from mass lay-offs; only fighting for their protections will. Help us #SaveGameWorkers by going to the link in our bio and tell Microsoft to stop killing our games.

Getting my job back at the Washington Post would not have been possible if it wasn’t for me belonging to a union. @postguild.bsky.social and @wbng.org are the unions I belong to. I was able to challenge my wrongful termination because of the collective bargaining agreement / union contract!

Check out some of the excellent signs made by our members for the rallies! Not all of them ended up in the press coverage, but these are too good not to share 😁

Hmmmm all these photos are surprisingly high quality compared to the small compressed copy I downloaded to my art folder from tumblr 🤔

the statement that ZOS is now the same size as it was when it made Orsinium is meant to be comforting, but it makes me itch. ESO grew so much from its first big DLC. it's the same size but is expected to maintain way more systems with less subject matter experts AND keep growing the game?
