“Cyclists are often perceived as recklessly flaunting road laws. A new study challenges this perception. The study found only 5% of cyclists broke road rules while riding on bike infrastructure versus 66% of motorists who broke rules while driving.” Safe bike infrastructure fuels rule-following.

It’s been a total honour to serve as councillor for the City of Kamloops these last four years, and six years before that in previous terms. Best was connecting with community, making sure diverse voices were heard and working on projects that will out live us all.

Thank you to everyone’s support, not only in this election, but for all the time I’ve been a councillor. Congratulations to the new mayor and council. Kamloops will be well served for the next four years. Kamloops is a great city and we will go far!

🗳 It’s time to vote, Kamloops! Polling locations across the city will be open on Saturday, October 17, from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm. 🔔 Remember: you don’t have to vote for the maximum number of candidates in every category (eight Councillors, five School Trustees).

Thank you Bonnie Klohn, James Gordon, Mohammad Mujtaba Tabrez and Phil Sigalet for your endorsements for my re-election as Councillor to #kamloops City Council

Building community is my strength. The Riverside Ice Rink didn't come out of nowhere. It took 10 years of advocacy by Kamloops Outdoor Skating Association( me and two others). We built rinks, held ball hockey games and gathered community support. The outdoor rink at Riverside is fantastic

Had an amazing day of fall fishing at its finest! Clear blue skies, warm sunshine, light breezes, hungry and energetic trout, and recording my personal best fish numbers and fish sizes for this angling season. Hope that these conditions last for at least a few more weeks! #kamloops #flyfishing

Tonight was the 40th anniversary of the Kamloops Blazers & Kamloops Special Olympics having a floor hockey match. What a sporting achievement! Bravo to all involved.

There is so much construction happening around town supporting a range of households. I support diverse types of housing to support our community’s needs. #kamloops

Better bike racks. More bike racks. That’s what people have said they want in downtown #kamloops. So that’s what I’ll work for if re-elected. I’m looking for your vote on Oct 17. #kamloops

Thank you Kamloops CAT, New Majority, The Loops SWA and the Community Action Initiative for hosting an all-candidate panel on Wednesday at the Paramount Theatre focused on poverty, substance use and housing insecurity. Excellent job by moderator Ryan from Kamloops as well. Good ideas were shared

Historical places in #kamloops, like the Kamloops Chinese Cemetery, are important places. They tell us where we have come from, and who we are now. I’m committed to help preserve historical sites in Kamloops.

Wonderful to visit Heffley Creek Hall fall fair this morning. Bonus to run into SD#73 School Trustee candidate Troylana Manson. Double bonus was talking with community members who I advocated for & got better HandiDart service in Heffley. 🙌🏽
