コンドのHOAの年次総会に行ってきたんだけど、毎月の管理費のリマインダーを送ってもらえませんか？って言ったら、「管理規約にそういう事項は入ってないから」送らないって言われた。ケーブルや電話の自動引き落としでも毎月、「何月何日にこれだけ引き落としますよ」っていうリマインダーが来るのに、HOAってどれだけ馬鹿なの？（管理規約を書き換えるには弁護士を通さないといけないから書き換えるつもりはないらしい。）こういういい加減な人たちに自動引き落としさせるのは嫌だから絶対毎月手動で払うことにしてるんだけど。
