When it comes to AI agents / AI tooling + coding, I hear an awful lot of talk about: Efficiency Iteration speed / PR output rate / lines of codes produced I hear zero mentions about: Quality Customer obsession This will bite back, and it probably already is...

Fuck you people. Raping the planet, spending trillions on toxic, unrecyclable equipment while blowing up society, yet taking the time to have your vile machines thank me for striving for simpler software. Just fuck you. Fuck you all. I can't remember the last time I was this angry.

Yesterday, @nestorsalceda.com provided a sneak peek of Safetybits's next feature at #DFeX2025. By capturing network data around a security incident, you enable a forensics investigation. Néstor also covered circular buffers to process network traffic in Linux systems. Stay tuned!

Last Thursday, the "Hackea tu Idea - CyberUp" mentorship program concluded with a demo day. ¡And Safetybits took home the third prize! We are grateful to our mentors for their outstanding work and to the organizers (CEEI Aragón and @incibe.bsky.social) for the opportunity to join this program.

What if you had the perfect Wireshark capture before an attack? I'll be unveiling how at DFeX 2025 (June 2). It's the next evolution of our Safetybits OTSPM platform, powered by predictive XDR. A game-changer for OT security. #XDR #OTSPM #Wireshark #DFIR

The #blackout on April 28 doesn’t look like a cyberattack 🤞🏼. However, given the current geopolitical climate, the cause doesn’t matter to many. This is the closest we’ve come such an attack, and many have realized they are not ready. #cybersecurity #OTSecurity safetybits.io/blog/europea...

safetybits.ioThe European Blackout Is the Closest We’ve Been to a Cyberattack, Even if It Wasn’t Caused by One.This week, a Blackout hit southern Europe, with Spain being the most affected country. Twenty-four hours later, work continues to bring power to a few last places.

#NIS2 is coming!!

Safetybits@safetybits.io

🇪🇺 NIS2 was supposed to be transposed by Oct 17, 2024. ⚠️ Most countries have bills that may be signed into law at any time. 💡 They are mostly adapting existing regulations, so you can start preparing. ℹ️ safetybits.io/blog/nis2-af... #cibersecurity #nis2 #digitaltransformation #compliance

Stateful detections arrived!!!!

Safetybits@safetybits.io

Our inventory and network detections work together. Network insights complete the inventory, registering security events as they happen, and speeding up forensic investigations. Learn more at: safetybits.io/products/ots... #Cybersecurity #Inventory #DigitalTranformation #OTSPM #IndustrialSecurity

Software development is a team activity. Collaboration, communication, and shared understanding are essential. Build a strong team, and you'll build great software. #Teamwork #Collaboration

“TDD doesn’t create good designs”. I see statements like this frequently. I agree. Programmers create better or worse designs through their design decisions. Their workflow can provide more or less, sooner or later, better or worse feedback. So can the social structure of their team.

My first blog post as CEO is live! 🎉 Manual inventories miss up to 30% of devices, leaving critical gaps in security. OT Security Posture Management (#OTSPM) automates visibility, turning it into a strategic advantage. You can’t secure what you can’t see. Let’s fix that!!

⚠️ Up to 30% of devices are missing from manual inventories. 🕵🏻‍♂️ Explore with us why manual inventories are useless. 🤖 And how an automated and continuous inventory can be the cornerstone of your security solution. 🙈 After all, you can't secure what you can’t see. safetybits.io/blog/devices...

Nuestro primer launch oficial!!! Y con un montón de cosas que iremos descubriendo poco a poco estos próximos días !!

Working in teams without psychological safety is something I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Be aware, and identify this red flag as early as possible. Make yourself a favor and prioritize your well-being.
