Doctors pay is absurd. No Doctor in the UK should start on less than an ANP or Physicians Associate There's something very wrong with a system that allows this in our #NHS

5 days in what can only be described as insane temperatures in Portugal and im actually grateful to be under Scotlands skies My thoughts go out to all those across Portugal, Spain, Greece and Montenegro dealing with wildfires
