I just opened my Johns Hopkins University email, and the first thing I saw was a message from faculty addressing the SA crisis the college student community is going through, followed by resources.

So if you've been vocal about Transgender individuals and other minority and marginalized groups and turning a blind eye to these cisgender heterosexual rapist motherfukrs; With all due disrespect, FUK YOU!!!

In a recent research paper, I studied the parallels between the 1934 Teamster Strike in Minneapolis and the 2020 George Floyd Uprising. The 1985–1986 Hormel strike should be next in my analysis, and this documentary just inspired me. #filmsky #laborrights #minnesota letterboxd.com/thesmallrevi...

Dolly Parton, like Fred Rogers, stood up for people when it was unpopular, just because it was the right thing to do. She stood up for gay men during the AIDS crisis when others stayed quiet. She stood up for sex workers. She stood up for trans people. I will always love her.

I revere Dolly Parton much as I do Fred Rogers. They’re people who made it their life goal just to be gentle and kind to everyone that they met. They are prime examples of how we all should behave and live our lives.

I guess I'll always remember that Dolly Parton died on August 25th. We're living in a horrible world, and losing someone who cares for children, literacy, and other good causes wasn't on our bingo card. Losing Tití Dolly, as I like to call her, on my birthday wasn't on my bingo card.

boxd.it/fYV1BL I read some interesting reviews of Castration Movie Anthology ii, both positive and negative. It is a conversation starter, and the series is one of the most significant LGBTQ+ cinematic works, alongside the works of Jane Schoenbrun, Vera Drew, and others. #filmsky

boxd.itA ★★★★½ review of Castration Movie Anthology ii. The Best of Both Worlds (2025)Louise Weard's transgressive postmodern film anthology is one to be studied and deconstructed, and I'm saying it in the best way possible. As I said in my review of the first, it's raw and unfiltered....

This is the second part of the interview and arguably the most important part. I go deeper into Critical Race Theory and explain why systemic racism has been transformed over time and not eradicated. #blacksky #history thehopkinsmla.substack.com/p/critical-t...

This weekend, Summerslam is in town. People's dreams to be at a big WWE show are coming true, 15 to 20 minutes from my home. As much as I boycotted and stopped watching WWE, I would be lying to say I regret going to Wrestlemania 9 years ago. Nah, it was one of the best nights of my life!!! 1/3
