Guys I don't need to see Papa Roach a third time. I made up for the two times I missed them as a kid but now we are taking a breather

You know what's really funny about all of this is that the reason our workers aren't "skilled" or whatever you want to call it is because we don't educate anyone here unless you are lucky enough to be able to a) live in a suburb with a well-funded public school system, b) have the money to study.

There's a handful of houses in my court, including mine, getting a new roof this week. State Farm, one of California's largest insurers, came by in July and marked all the liabilities then threatened not to cover us unless we fix.

“You cannot engage with Newsom in good faith, because what faith can you have in a shell of a person who so baldly pursues wealth, power, the next shiniest thing?” Nice work. His first Chronicle quote in 1991 was bragging about giving wine discounts to his wealthy benefactors. Has anything changed?

Gavin Newsom, who has spent the past year courting billionaires and the right wing, is "a political juker — an advocate for nothing but his own ambitions as the Democrats’ best boy," writes @soleilho.com. www.coyotemedia.org/what-is-the-...

Whatever—accused, convicted, potato, potatoh. He's a piece of trash, but also a symptom that nothing is ever really progressive in San Francisco politics. It's just more of the same status quo SINCE I LIVED THERE IN THE 2000s.

More of you need to complain about how unnecessary it is to have the problematic Alex Cooper introducing the next Pixel hardware. Google is trying way too hard with this lineup of celebrities for its event next week. My eyes might be rolling so hard that I can't cover the actual phone event.

Jeff Dean is the guy who made a bunch of women's lives hell when they were working at Google

Google is losing two of its biggest AI researchers from day to day operations. 27-year Google veteran and Google Brain cofounder, Jeff Dean, is leaving Google with 3 others to focus on AI accelerating scientific research. Demis Hassabis is no longer CEO of DeepMind and is now their chief scientist

Stay indoors. Mask outside. This is climate change and it's *been* happening.

“So help me God, if I get bronchitis right before my vacation because this guy hacking up a lung is not, in fact, succumbing to pharyngeal cancer, I’m gonna lose my shit,” said Derek Lawson

No, but for anyone out there hoping a journalist will do your PR for your product, you've been told wrong. I did not get over my fear of talking to people in college to earn the degree so I could shill for your company.

Finally watched the Evangelion Rebuild series. Absolutely destroyed over how they ended it. I'm glad you all like happy endings but the whole reason I liked the original is because it was not lol

Enmeshed families trigger the hell out of me lmao like what do you mean you don't have a ride home from the airport and you're calling down your list of relatives to see who will pick you up in 5 hours WHY WAS THIS NOT HANDLED EARLIER
