Can someone explain to this moron that you cannot file a lawsuit in advance of a suposed injury?

Adam Klasfeld@klasfeldreports.com

The attorney who wrote the lawsuit received $1.4M to his firm from Trump PACs for repping Trump’s criminal co-conspirator and witnesses to his crimes. Blanche’s firm received ~$10M from Trump PACs for criminal defense. Usually, they admit they just do Trump’s bidding — until that causes blowback.

Yup, he's sort of outing himself as a complete idiot.

Elon made a mistake by stabbing Ukraine in the back because now everyone is looking for alternatives to doing business with him knowing he can't be trusted

Wow, free health care! What a moron. Explain, please, which medical facilities and which doctors are performing surgery, with no parental consent, and by surprise too! I'd love to know.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Trump: "Angie Nixon was the lead sponsor of a bill to let schools turn children, all of them, transgender without parental consent"

It is insane our president seemingly is allowing an immigrant (imagine that!) to dictate how our national security will be conducted. He tells Musk, "turn it back on," Musk says, "Maybe later." Trump's dream of a USA/China/Russia trifecta will end with China raising it's flag. Russia is depleted.

Yes, at a press briefing, the gal of asking questions! It's as if they believed, if only for a moment, that someone might actually answer, but no, the folly of that belief! How dare they ask questions of the "press secretary." Have they no decency?

Bill McKibben@billmckibben.bsky.social

If I read this correctly, his complaint is that reporters were asking questions of the press secretary?

Well, it is quite the accomplishment to be able to retell a story when you are 4-years-old. He's so proud of his little accomplishment.

Ian Boudreau@ianboudreau.com

The fact that he constantly tells this story is wild

Well that is just swell. How long did it take for this ruling, and what difference does it make? Trump has learned he can do as he pleases; never mind whether legal or not, since it takes a year or more to be told, "No, you can't do that!" No consequences, therefore no reason to follow the law.

San Francisco Chronicle@sfchronicle.com

President Trump had no legal authority to take over California’s National Guard and send its troops to Los Angeles last year to combat protesters of immigration raids, a federal appeals court said in a 2-1 ruling, with a deciding vote by a Trump appointee.

Our current President sure doesn't know much about what is going on around the world. "I don't know anything about it," was Vance's line, now it is also Trump's. Guess what? We'd prefer an administration that does know what is going on.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Q: Your ambassador to Turkey just said that 'absolutely, there could a strike on Iran this weekend.' Have you gone back on holding off until after the midterms? TRUMP: If that's the case, I don't know anything about it

I hope they start talking about noise pollution soon. That awful noise is affecting all living things in the surrounding area, and not in a good way.

Who would do that for free? No one, that is who. There's time, maybe travel, coaching, getting ready, who knows what else. No one is going to all that trouble for nothing in return, and I'd imagine she was paid fairly well because she jumped at the chance to try to hurt her daughter one more time.

This has always been obvious. He cannot consider anyone to replace him because, in his mind, he is irreplaceable. No one can usurp the best of all time! Repubs good luck with the 2028 election because no one, and I mean no one, will get a full endorsement from Trump (assuming he's still kicking).

Endorsement #jdvance

She's been pretty useless for her state. She gets reelected because of name recognition, but really, people of Maine should be pretty sick of her by now.

Trump and the GOP's real base of support — billionaires, Big Oil, Big Tech, Crypto, and Wall Street — know that the midterms may limit what they can get away with in the future. Vote accordingly. https://www.politico.com/news/2026/10/16/republican-super-pac-donors-musk-uihlein-yass-01122941

UPDATE Kelly Clarkson has now responded to Art of Play, the Brooklyn store she criticized on here. The store said the item she wanted wasn’t for sale. But Clarkson says the store is lying and that there was a price tag on the item the store claims wasn’t for sale.

Sounds great to me!

Steve Bannon issues warning to voters if they vote for Democrats in the midterms: “I think you’ll see Bobby Kennedy impeached, I’ll think you see Pete Hegseth impeached. I think you’ll see subpoenas flying every day. They will look to destroy Trump, and we’ll be bogged down for two years.”

So Trump bans the press from covering him, then cries foul when they collectively say okay, and now wants to sue and punish them for not covering him. Is that right?

This MF'er. It is AI, it will always be AI, and Trump is now calling citizens of this country the enemy. When will this end? How do the Republicans explain away his insanity?

Middle Age Riot@middleageriot.bsky.social

1. It's called Artificial Intelligence. 2. You bet your diaper-wrapped ass I'm your enemy.

That was not a gift to America but a white elephant that America's tax payers get to pay to retrofit and Trump apparently believes he will take with him when/if he leaves.

Morgan J Freeman@mjfree.bsky.social

A foreign government offers a luxury aircraft. The Pentagon accepts it for Trump's use. Qatar denies buying influence. Legal experts raised concerns about foreign gifts and presidential power. WHY? Because it's CORRUPT AF! Americans deserve answers—not a lecture about being grateful.

Oh sure. Someone corporations that refuse to pay living wages are going to invest in AI to get rid of employees, then somehow happily pay ... wait, wut? Who will pay whom? None of this makes any sense. The AI dudes simply want their huge IPO money grab -- this is not a feasible plan in any way.

You mean the guy who thinks you can have more than a 100% discount? That guy? The genius he so fondly speaks of? I do believe we're heading for an economic depression tho, but that's his fault.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Trump: "If the Democrats win, you will have a 1929-style economic depression in our country. That's what's going to happen. Because nobody knows numbers better than me." (Trump famously doesn't understand how percentages work)
