I’m building a Siri prompt library app and loving how it’s turning out. Has a keyboard extension to immediately insert them into any app. You can tap to launch them or it will copy, launch Siri and let you paste. You can categorize, theme, and add them to the home screen with widgets or shortcuts.

This is such a beautifully written, delightfully heartfelt piece. I really appreciate the takes here. The human element, critical enthusiasm rather than simply cynicism, and of course the changing landscape after a life spent following the company. And holy moly, what an incredible shot.

I wrote something personal – optimistic, a little bittersweet, and maybe a bit funny – about the strange beauty of this WWDC. WWDC 2026: Between Seasons www.macstories.net/stories/wwdc...

Talked to Jonah Peretti about selling BuzzFeed, and what exactly new owner Byron Allen means when he says BuzzFeed will use AI to compete with... YouTube? You tell me. Free to read, watch, listen: www.theverge.com/podcast/9321...

Can’t believe it but I’ve turned this concept into a functional iOS app with the magic of Codex 🤯 8 little agents powered by Apple Foundation models with customizable system prompts in an iMessage-style UI

cannot wait to go see it again this weekend, it was impossibly good for a sequel made 20 years later

The Devil Wears Prada 2 is a near-perfect encapsulation of this industry for anyone outside it and almost uncomfortably accurate for those inside. I hope it serves as a bit of a rallying cry for media and journalism. It also hit personally, for some of us it’s extremely relatable.

It’s also the rare truly excellent sequel. Somehow just as sharp but far more honest about power. Miranda was never the villain, the first movie just didn’t fully trust that. This one does. And the ending, just right.

guess it should've been obvious from the start that they picked Mario Galaxy for the second movie to use it to set up a cinematic universe, loved Fox McCloud but they should've kept him a secret, and the other two cameos were just subtle enough to work… all around fun time!

TBPN is the future of tech media. I recently met a bunch of young tech folks who had never heard of mainstream publications or have stopped reading them entirely, but all watch TBPN. OpenAI buying it is brilliant. But who knows how it changes things.

Been testing @surf.social for well over a year. While it may be an adjustment for users of Bluesky or Mastodon on their own, it makes using the fediverse and atmosphere way easier and more discoverable. It’s great for keeping up with publications and writers too. Congrats @mmccue.bsky.social & team!

We just set up shop over on surf.social, a new platform that combines Bluesky posts with podcasts, YouTube, RSS, and more — rolling it all into custom feeds. You can find us here: verge.surf.social vergecast.surf.social decoder.surf.social versionhistory.surf.social
