My second time doing the Dublin Marathon and really loved it. The atmosphere in the city was absolutely amazing. And I ran it over an hour faster than last time!

I was so excited that I started shouting “Mary Todd Lincoln is doing Jane Krakowski in London!” and had to stop myself and start again.

Saw “Whalefall” last night and let’s just say it gave me the Moby ICK! (I was so bored watching the film that I thought this up while still watching it).

Had a nightmare that I turned up to the start line of the Dublin Marathon and realised I had only brought one energy gel, so yes, you could say I’m a little nervous about Sunday.

Bold of Taylor Swift to release an expanded edition of her worst album, but I’m still holding out some hope that the new songs might be an improvement on the original album.

Saw “The Dog Stars” and all I have to say is, Ridley Scott? More like Ridley STOP!

Just got stung by a wasp for the first time in my life at the ripe old age of 32, and as Kylie would say before launching in to “Dancing” on the Tension tour, this was NOT ON THE SETLIST.

This desperately needs to be turned into a biopic.

Something else that deserves more attention than it’s getting: the third and final season of The Dry is gloriously funny and occasionally heartwrenching. It’s so brilliantly written and the cast are so believable as a totally dysfunctional Irish family.

Absolutely loved Hokum. It’s got some really good scares and a brilliant performance from Adam Scott (he had me rooting for him even though he’s awful). The story, visual effects and props are all amazing too. It deserves so much more attention than it’s getting.

It is midday on April Fool’s Day and I have already fallen for three April Fool’s jokes. THREE!!!

Shed a tear watching Jessie Buckley’s beautiful Oscars speech. Such a well-deserved award for a performance that was so achingly raw and powerful. It’s been a while since I was this happy for a Best Actress winner!

I don’t like to judge films based on the trailer, but it’s really not a good sign that they couldn’t find a single funny moment in the entire film to put into the trailer for the new Scary Movie film.

Finally felt like Spring for today’s run. The sun was shining and it was actually warm. WARM!!!

Just saw “Send Help” and Rachel McAdams truly is one of Hollywood’s greatest treasures. A delightfully entertaining (and hilarious) film that deserves a lot more attention than it’s getting.

I have to hand it to Taylor Swift, the Opalite music video is great – charming, sweet and funny in equal measure, and Domhnall Gleeson looks delighted with himself.

I know talking about the weather is boring but Christ, I am so unbelievably sick of this weather.

Haven’t watched Bake Off in years but you can guarantee I’ll be back and watching religiously now that the queen of adjectives and gays who cook is joining the fold.

Can’t quite believe I’m saying this, but there’s the smallest, tiniest stretch in the evenings now.

Finally saw Oh, Mary! in London and it did not disappoint. Mason Alexander Park is an absolute star. I laughed so hard and left feeling weirdly emotional, and now all I want to do is go and see it all over again.

There’s something so funny about Independent Ireland saying they’ll nominate Maria Steen for the presidency because the people of Ireland “deserve the right to choose”. I wonder what Maria thinks about people having the right to choose?
