Spent a morning trying to retitle UNDERCOVER IN SEQUINS. The last line of the book is “No one will know,” which is frankly a better noir title than mine. I nearly did it.

Then it landed: NO ONE WILL KNOW could be any thriller on any shelf. UNDERCOVER IN SEQUINS can only be one book. Specific beats ominous every time.

Chapter 17 is underway. A fellow indie author read Undercover in Sequins and said the title doesn’t quite capture what the story is. Too much sparkle. Doesn't capture the secrets, threats, or noir. It does ring true. So, looking at a few options. #amwriting #writinganovel
