PORTLAND!!!

Don't let the political and media establishment gaslight you. You aren't imagining things.

There is a conservative undercurrent in Portland politics and its well funded. Download a voter guide + social media graphics to spread the word! whosbuyingpdx.com

whosbuyingpdx.comPartners Against ProgressThey aren't Republicans. Some of their donors are. 128 donors to Portland's business-backed candidates also gave to Republicans. Among the progressive councilors running against them: zero.

2026 donations from Kellie Torres: - $125 to herself - $100 to Eric Zimmerman - $25 to Tom Sollitt 2024 donations from Kellie Torres: - $175 to Dan Ryan 2022 donations from Kellie Torres: - $100 to Dan Ryan 2020 donations from Kellie Torres: - $250 to Dan Ryan

Kyle Prosen - treasurer for DitchMitch, goPDX, and fix multCo, all funded by the United for Portland Action Fund - seen here in a video with Portland City Council candidate Kellie Torres that says, "Vote the DSA out of office." Candidates ought to be transparent and honest about their views.

In 2022, Portland voters approved the first major overhaul of city government in over a century, including expanded representation and ranked-choice voting. Those reforms reflected a clear choice by voters. Any desire or proposal from our leaders to reverse them deserves careful scrutiny.

Wealth inequality is growing. The climate crisis is accelerating. The middle class is being squeezed. These problems demand action. What have Councilors Zimmerman and Clark and candidate Kellie Torres proposed to address them? Their records and proposals deserve scrutiny.

Public officials should be expected to uphold both the letter and the spirit of laws and policies designed to ensure accountability. Dan Ryan's actions here fall well short of that standard.

As Portlanders consider their choices this election, they should be able to understand where candidates stand on important issues. When candidates give different answers to similar questions, those differences deserve scrutiny and clarification.
