Pretty reluctantly dumped on a lot of people's part. Long after they should have had no problem dumping him. Even after the rape accusations. But a Nazi tattoo, misogyny, bigotry, war crimes, none of it was a dealbreaker for way too many Dems because Platner said nice things.

Yeh, the contrast does fly out. The difference seems to be that Democrats know that their base is not so amenable to voting for sexual predators, while the Republican base doesn't really care and will instead try to justify sexual assault or whatever.

Basically boycotting is very effective if it's done right on stores on people that have brands but not on site influencing.. like targeting boycotting places like Walmart anybody who are contributing to the conservative take over.

Clarence Thomas says the 14th Amendment should be read narrowly because it was written for formerly enslaved people. By that logic, the 2nd Amendment was written for muskets, not AR-15s. Funny how that kind of originalism only shows up when it's convenient.
