Teal dress in complete control the whole time, my goodness. Backs up to keep vision on everyone at all times, until it's necessary to get in the scrum where she removes her target right away. Only throws a hook once a line was crossed, and ends it in one swing. Incredible.

New story. With Andy Reid, it’s more than cheeseburgers. It’s lobster pot pie, French Toast grilled cheese & ham sandwich, chocolate cake & so much more. On Andy Reid, a certified foodie. www.nytimes.com/athletic/611...

nytimes.comCheeseburgers and beyond: Andy Reid loves food as much as footballWhether it's fine German cuisine, barbecue, lobster pot pie or mac and cheese, Reid loves it and loves bonding with his players over food.

It won't surprise anyone that with Mahomes blocking them, the recent Bills and Ravens have the highest average reg-season DVOA over any 5-year period for teams that didn't make a Super Bowl. Pre-2000, best reg-season teams made Super Bowl much more often.

The Bills have been top-5 in point differential for 5 straight years, reaching at least the Divisional Round each time. One of the best sustained runs ever to not make a Super Bowl. Unless it's the Ravens, who have the most wins in a 7-year stretch to not make the Super Bowl. Patrick Mahomes!

I know people want to talk about officiating calls but look, there were five fumbles in that game and the Bills recovered all of them, plus a sixth one that was nullified by a penalty.

A large number of Bengals fans' entire sports personality is "we beat KC that one time three postseasons ago" Literally all they have is predicated on the Chiefs' greatness. So the train of logic at least makes sense, even if it is hilariously dishonest with itself

Joshua Brisco@jbbrisco.com

still absolutely reeling about how many people think the chiefs changed their week 18 strategy so they could personally determine who will lose to the buffalo bills next weekend

"but Mahomes" I will never not appreciate that that's all that needs to be said

NFL Rankings: Christmas Eve Edition (As a reminder, these are mathematically calculated by scientists at CERN and do not reflect my own opinions.) KC - Stink, but Mahomes DET - Pretty good MIN - Eh BUF - Pretty good PHI - Stink GB - Eh PIT - Stink BAL - Should be good but stink (cont'd)

??????????????????????????????????? It is quite literally in the antitrust law. The NFL is doing nothing different, CFB is the one that decided to extend the postseason so much they had to play with the fire of an NFL Saturday en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sports_...

Gonna be honest as a fan of both sports it kinda stinks that today is one of the best college football days ever and the NFL is stepping all over it, in part because they need teams to play today so they can play again on Christmas

I enjoy listening to Nate and Charles talk football Bold opinion, I know

That face Herbert made there—the Patrick Mahomes did something and now I’m not getting the ball back face—is such a defining mark of this period of football. How many times have we seen that exact look of resignation on great QBs?

Looking inward is hard, because to do it properly you have to look at things you don't like to see more often than not. It's a whole lot easier to just ignore it all and go after things external. But, like Mina says, when you take that abililty away, at some point it all comes crashing down

Mina Kimes@minakimes.bsky.social

The way I’d put it is…a not insignificant portion of the internet—and the world, I guess—defines themselves not by the things they do and love, but their opposition to others. When you take that away, they’re bereft of purpose.

It will never make sense to me how little help Kingsley gets when he's clearly a traitsy but developmental prospect
