Learning two very valuable lessons about allulose today. 1) It sucks as an artificial sweetener. You need to dump like a heaping tablespoon of it into your coffee or tea to get the same effect as a tiny packet of stevia. 2) Using more than a tablespoon's worth will give you horrendous diarrhea.
