America, this guy is a liar.

Trump on DC: "Nobody wanted to eat out. They were afraid. Even if you were in the restaurant, people would walk in and like the Wild West, 'Hold it up!' Everybody is standing there. Can you imagine? A fancy restaurant. They were robbing the whole restaurant. It's crazy."

This guy is a Kennedy? An ignorant racist. By the way, Naguib Mahfouz, an Egyptian writer, won the 1988 Nobel Prize in Literature.

The Bulwark@thebulwark.com

RFK: "There's five hundred million Arabs in the world. And yet they don't produce science. They don't win the Nobel Prize. They don't win the Fields Prize. They don't win the Wolf Prize. They don't produce literature."

Closing argument for the Republicans. Asses and tacky glitz.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Trump is BIG MAD about Obama saying the White House now looks like Saddam opened a Cheesecake Factory: "He's not a smart guy. He's not smart at all ... for you to say it's a Cheesecake Factory, that just shows why you were a lousy president"

Backfire.

The Ramaswamy ad has pushed the largest newspaper in Ohio, the Cleveland Plain Dealer, to reverse its position on endorsements. "A candidate who uses childhood sexual abuse as a weapon against the person who endured it has crossed a line that Ohioans should defend, whatever their party."

Everyone should read these threads I did about industry lobbyists and the EPA and understand them. Take the time to see the unambiguous evidence of what's happening now at this moment inside the EPA. Please retweet them. Please read them. Each one of the threads. It's happening in slow motion.

Is just racism. That’s all they’ve got.

Trump Unleashes Racist Tirade That should be the headline in every newspaper.

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Trump: "Somalia -- 98% of the people here now from Somalia don't work. They don't have to work because they steal so much. They all have a Mercedes Benz. Low IQ and they live better than you do."

This was always going to happen. My guess is that Trump will issue a blanket pardon for every political appointee. Signaling a move like this will embolden his underlings to disregard and break the law. And that's the point.

Trump is literally killing Americans—you!—to increase profits for his corporate cronies. Putting greed—not America—first and making Americans gasp (for clean air) again. Good work, NYT.

Eric Lipton NYT@ericlipton.nytimes.com

Experts say an Arizona land investment company closely tied to Nevada Republican David Flippo is “batshit” and a “huge red flag.” The company targeted fellow conservatives, then spent lavishly on Flippo’s behalf.

So witkoff/kushner toadie sell out negotiations involves cutting Russian companies in on US energy deals? Are we giving Alaska back to Russia?

Eric Lipton NYT@ericlipton.nytimes.com

JUST POSTED: A Russian energy giant has secretly moved to acquire a position in a massive Alaska gas project. Its part of talks between Witkoff/Kushner & Putin. But CEO of US company resigns after learning of Russian money in the project. A wowzer of a story. www.nytimes.com/2026/10/23/u...

Ken Vogel@kenvogel.bsky.social

NEW: After James Blair & Chris LaCivita donated the hundreds of thousands of dollars they were each paid for advising the pro-Russian government of Republika Srpska to the Trump presidential library, Trump said he is no longer concerned about whether their work represented a conflict of interest.

How to be a psychotic trillionaire. First, get a trillion dollars....

Scott Horton@robertscotthorton.bsky.social

In addition to throttling StarLink and StarShield to allow his friend Vladimir Putin to strike Ukraine with ballistic missiles, the other thing Elon Musk does every day is sit at his keyboard and write slanderous things about James Talarico. He's utterly deranged.

I'm shocked, shocked.

Eric Lipton NYT@ericlipton.nytimes.com

Overall, we are seeing some very odd deal talks that are supposedly a part of ending the war in Ukraine. But in fact evidence shows these deals are structured (in the most recent case secretly until now) to financially benefit Russia or business partners of the Trump and Witkoff families.

Mike Johnson endorsed this guy.

GOP candidate Brandon Herrera, once again referring to slain cinematographer Halyna Hutchins as “a bitch.” He seems very comfortable using bitch to refer to a woman.

Hard to keep track of the Trump/Musk lies.

The Kyiv Independent@kyivindependent.com

⚡️️️️️️️Kyiv denies reports that Trump, Musk have restored Starlink speeds in Ukraine. "Overall, nothing has changed anywhere," a Ukrainian official told the Kyiv Independent on Oct. 22. Starlink's speed cap of 161 kilometers per hour remains in effect, the official said.

A well-done ad.

Team Talarico@teamtalaricohq.bsky.social

NEW AD: Have you seen these anti-Talarico attack ads? Elon Musk paid for nearly all of them. The world's first trillionaire knows if he drags the most corrupt politician in Texas across the finish line, Ken Paxton will owe him everything. Elon Musk: Texas is not for sale.

Vance just held an outrageous presser in which he defended Vivek's vile attacks on Acton, agreed w/ Witkoff's assessment of Putin as a "humanitarian," and had gall to claim "there's no person who hates people enriching themselves fraudulently over access to the govt than Donald J Trump" Supercut:
