Twitch creators appear to be adding 'aioptedout' to their content tags to help indicate to audiences that they have toggled it off. Twitch CPO Mikey Minty was asked about an "opted in/out indicator" yesterday and said they had no plans to implement one for viewers.

Yeeeeah, this is my dashboard. Tried several iterations of the same phrase and, welp. You can see the results. You used to be able to have the tags a couple days ago. You can try it yourself on your own dashboard if you want to check, but its sucky for sure.

So Twitch said no to trans tags.. now is saying okay to some... auto opted in us all to feeding the AI slop machine. Yeah its an interesting week on Twitch for sure.
