The real horror of the future that “Alien” predicted is the two guys who keep everything running trying to make sure they’re gonna be paid fairly for their work and are just repeatedly told to fuck off and get back to work

This Round Table prompt was to create and Album cover of my fake metal band collaborating with another band. My band Umlaut collaborated with J-F Dubeau’s highly influential Canadian band Skulls & Shit for the album “Symphony Number Two”

It’s that time of year again: the Artist Round Table on the Beyond the Playlist podcast! This was my entry for the prompt of “Jelly” You can listen to the episode here: sites.libsyn.com/49671/the-ar... Give it a listen and track down all the amazing artists from this year’s table!

I don’t know if the poster for Death of Robin Hood is indicating that it’s a sequel, that it’s trying to trick me into thinking it’s a sequel, that it’s an homage, that it’s a ripoff, or that it’s caught in that plague of American movie posters where they all start to look the same

The ink gets dry with a little help from my friend…. The world’s best art assistant dropped in to give me a hand (paw) this morning. He’s quite critical of my brush technique

hot take: capital punishment is wrong and barbaric no matter the method. it sends a strong message to say, there is no one man or woman on earth who threatens America so much that, once we have them imprisoned, we need to kill them. America is powerful enough to hold anyone captive forever.

Watching the Sox-Cleveland game and there’s a dude in the front row behind the Sox dugout wearing an ENORMOUS novelty Sox hat All I can think is it’d be my luck to get great tickets for a Sox playoff game and I’d end up sitting behind this asshole and not be able see a single pitch

The posts where I most want to slap people are the ones saying "Well if I had Jeff Bezos money I would use that money to help... " WHEN WILL YOU REALIZE THAT THE MENTALITY REQUIRED TO BECOME A BILLIONAIRE PRECLUDES THE MENTALTY OF WANTING TO HELP PEOPLE?!!! Stop asking "Why?" You know why.

I think if you watched “An American Werewolf in London” followed by “Dog Soldiers”, the double feature would feel like the werewolf version of Alien/Aliens

I just drove past a bank and a group of ducks ran onto the sidewalk and waddled away from the bank so fast that for a moment I thought they robbed it This is the Heat sequel we deserve.

The sideshow around the mask-mandated lesbian bar is so insane that no one is even talking about what an amazing name “Last Ditch” is for a lesbian bar

So Webtoon is making fucking live action tv shows now? One of the very few places cartoonists were not fighting for attention against other media and they had to fuck it up and make it low-budget, short form streaming service…

Time to let the magic beans do their thing and get me awake and out the door…. Let’s get this Friday going so we can get to the weekend! #damnfinecupofcoffee

I just saw an instagram page for a tattoo parlor and all the ads, flyers, graphics, and even the logo appear to be AI... A tattoo parlor is literally a building full of artists. There is no excuse for this slop. It's just absolutely insane to me.

One nice side effect in the uptick of constant surveillance in our society is that I no longer look like a paranoid lunatic for refusing to use a fingerprint scan on my phone or allow a Ring camera or Alexa in my house.
