So lately I’ve been having this problem where when I extend the fingers on my left hand while my left arm is completely straight at the elbow I get this rather annoying pain in the muscles in my forearm near the elbow, outside. I have not injured myself that I’m aware of. Internet, please help.

Also, sometimes that part of the muscle will feel like it pops, and then it hurts less for a little bit.
