The modern job feels less about skill and more about endless, unrewarded micro-tasks. I needed something that offered fun rewards instead of just mandatory busywork. Found this web3 puzzle game where players earn crypto rewards by solving sudoku and jigsaw puzzles, so casual and fun. Check my prof

Having to call time on my first Spiel, but overall I enjoyed the experience. I'll have deeper thoughts in Casual Game Insider's next issue. Right now I'm still in the Gen Con (baker's dozen covered) vs Spiel mindset when that's not fair to either of them. It's all logistics regardless

I like this season's Document collection. Document is a Korean menswear brand that used to do minimalist-styled clothing that leaned heavily into distinctive silhouettes, although this season feels more heritage-y. In the US, they are carried at No Man Walks Alone and Namu Shop.

Since I was tagged, here's my 'old-school edition'. This was tough since I didn't grow up with videogames... I used to play some Legacy of Kain on my cousin's PC though~ @delightfuldanni.bsky.social @bio1izard.bsky.social @spirelleart-re.bsky.social @bdsm-chan.bsky.social

Bringing a silly thing over, sowwy. 😅 💖 Four characters I love and who should do it too! My "old-school edition", time-tested, games only. Was hard to choose between Sub-Zero and Scorpion tbh @vampiresemen.bsky.social @mimitheno1.bsky.social @spirelleart-re.bsky.social @sorenhaxan.bsky.social

Game of the week 42 for 2026 is: Big Dig I’ve gotten really into casual incremental games this year because I can run them in the background and check on them between tasks. Not this one. This one has an engaging narrative and humor that gets my full attention. And political intrigue.

Game of The Week 41 for 2026 is: Trash Day I kinda love friendslop... This one has you play as a team of raccoons searching the map for random junk, loading it into a cart, and navigating through the level without losing it all. A little bit RV There Yet, a little bit n64 collectathon.

I think I might have mentioned this already but the assists were a great addition to asbr but for eohr they're going to have to really overhaul some of the combat for it to really be a worthwhile remake. I know it's a casual game at heart but I'd like to see a little bit of more depth to the combat.

These mechanics prove utility over mere play time. Have you explored how AI is integrating into these decentralized gaming economies? #GameFi #Web3Puzzles

Is anyone else finding that casual puzzle games are finally merging with actual earning mechanics in web3? The blend of fun logic (like sudoku or jigsaws) and utility is genuinely exciting. I found this awesome little crypto puzzle game where you earn rewards just playing. Check my profile if you

Rollback and lockstep need bit-identical simulation on every machine, which rules out most off-the-shelf physics engines and any code that is casual with floating point. Can your game promise that? #gamedev #unity3d #indiedev

There should be a Star Trek game where you play a member of the obsidian order. Torture, assasination, infiltration, casual mind control and gardening. All good things.

Maybe someone has a suggestion or three. I'm looking for a casual "shitter game" to play during, well, you know. Like Solitaire-level engagement. Diablo Forever (or whatever they call it) is not what I'm looking for. Fire away if you have any suggestions.

Does anyone else feel like classic logic games are perfect for Web3? I was checking out these fun puzzle games where solving sudoku or jigsaws earns crypto rewards. Do you think integrating more casual puzzle-solving into decentralized finance will actually make it stick long term?

Web3 games are so obsessed with utility that they forgot to be fun. Treating solving a jigsaw puzzle like an asset class is absurd. The purest, most enjoyable experiences usually require zero minting or earning rewards. Check my profile for something actually good.
