live2d moved their alpha feedback channel from discord to their official forum, and after two weeks theres barely any comments... last year people would have spoken their thoughts from the day one on discord

Curious has anyone ever attempted tracking VTuber models over VPN? Instead of screensharing video, you are streaming tracking inputs over network to the remote host PC running Vtube Studio. I wonder if it's reliable for use in public events

For You is based on your likes in the last 90 days. It looks like you haven't liked anything for that long and that's why For You is empty. Try liking a couple of posts elsewhere (search?) and open For You again.

Hi Bsky πŸ‘‹ My Live2D model public comms is now open! I'm interested in working on more posed models or models with custom animations. If that sounds like what you're up to, I'd love to see it! Regular full/half body are accepted too Slots are limited, apply below!

Reminder that the new Live2D 5.3 features are still NOT compatible with VTS and likely will not be for a while yet (like... several more months minimum probably). You can still use the new editor features and QoL stuff so long as you make sure you're still using the 5.0 SDK. #Live2D

There's one Live2D feature that I wish would get used often: Custom Events. Imagine a trigger at specific time of animation. You can have it play sounds, set post visual effects or even change OBS scenes. This feature is supported by VTS API, but few mainstream plugins is taking advantage of it

Reposting from @live2d_dev on X: Upcoming Live2D 5.4 update will feature - Improved Auto-atlas Layout - Save/load parameter/parts state in a click - Live2D "IK" is compatible with SDK export - 7 new languages support Also 5.3 editor "stable" version will release this month

Introduction to Bluesky labels and labeling services. NAFOTECH Bluesky works differently than other social media services, moderation of content is mostly a user driven process. A label is a notation placed on content or on an account that allows other users to filter that content.

How it started vs how it ends Aside of adding interactable Live2D on my Carrd site, I also added lazy loading videos, carousel gallery, etc with responsive design in mind. This was a fun personal project of mine and I have more ideas to come! Oh and my Live2D rigging commission is also open πŸ‘€

I managed to load Live2D model on a Carrd site

To anyone, artists and creatives, who are struggling with migrating, try treating Bsky as your sub account. Forget crossposting. Post doodles, WIPs, thoughts etc that you usually think wouldn't fit on main. This platform is craving for content. Use this opportunity to reshape your audience.

I've been using Affinity on and off since v1.0. I love how they managed to combine all app into a single package now. The pages were made in Adobe Express, exported as PDF to Affinity. I used Layout mode to switch between pages, Vector mode to edit the text, and Pixel mode to draw over the images.

It feels nice when an old client pre-2020 get back to me asking if I still have their model files. I always do, in fact I still host my first commissioned models... those are Live2D 2.0 files, they weigh almost nothing compared to today standard

Do people actually watch Live2D showcases? Like the whole thing? I know some people do for learning, but if you are a regular customer looking to comms someone do you still watch them fully? If you do, what do you want to see and how long they should ideally be?
