It's not even the ethics of it. My career, my hobbies, my free time, hell, my whole life took off once I fully left Twitter. It is a place to go if you want to be stuck in a neverending race war feedback loop. Like not using ChatGPT, not using Twitter is a superpower. Remain employable; stay off it.

I double-checked this on a couple of Xitter stat sites and it's true. Average views of the main AfD account dropped 90% and average engagement dropped by 60%. This is commercial social media for you: bots, damn bots and Russian bots.

If you're pissed about piece of shit trash blood money getting into fighting games and taking over events, remember the best thing you can do is support local grassroots events and avoid attending these bigger events. Which you should do anyway cause like duh but more than ever.

All four of my gremlins are girlies and they're the sweetest. Fae acts like a mother to everyone. Mischief is introverted but hangs out with me at work all day. Snickerdoodle cries for mom sometimes and loves to play 24/7. Muppet is a massive cuddler. Cats know when their people are good. 🤷‍♂️
