We had a new arrival yesterday & I have named her 'Endora'. Endora is an 'Ascalapha odorata', a black witch moth. The white bar means Endora is female. They're the largest owl-moths (Noctuoidea) in the continental US with wingpans of up to 10 in. (24 cm), ranging from the southern US to Brazil.
