They got away with January 6 and killing American citizens peacefully protesting ICE. Can’t imagine this goes over well in Alaska. Trump and the GOP want to overrule the Alaska Supreme Court and tell Alaskans their votes only count if they support their candidate. The best way to stop this madness is to decisively win every race. Get folks to the polls! apnews.com/article/alas...

This is all endorsed by Republican members of Congress. Vote them out.

My brain cannot process this level of corruption. She was being paid $50 million to engineer a pardon from Trump *while working at the Justice Department* as a "Special Government Employee." And it worked. He got the pardon, and she got the money. www.nytimes.com/2026/10/20/u...

If you voted early, please convince at least 3 friends, family, coworkers, or neighbors to vote early, too. The margins in each state need to be so wide that MAGA can’t get away with shady tactics to change the results.

Georgia voters have already cast more than 1 million ballots, offering a revealing glimpse of the state's electorate -- and numbers that offer more encouraging signs so far for Democrats than Republicans. A closer look: #gapol www.ajc.com/politics/202...

This “popular measure” thing shouldn’t be a joke. This administration puts unqualified people in some of the most influential positions in the world. It’s embarrassing.

Anthony Scaramucci's short tenure became a popular measure by which to describe abbreviated tenures of officials before they got the boot.

These pathetic, hateful people. “ … the manifesto indicated Paporakis was planning this attack ‘for some time.’ It is apparently filled with hateful thoughts toward non-white people, especially those who are Indian. In it, Paparokis allegedly self-identifies as a white supremacist and neo-Nazi.”

Trump doesn’t care about corruption. He got rid of Guilfoyle to slow or stop further investigation which would have shown how her ex, Trump Jr, is also corrupt. So basically it’s another cover-up. That’s my opinion. people.com/trump-asks-k...

Exactly what Argentina wants and a very different attitude than they had at the World Cup. Messi with two assists and a penalty kick goal in his last Argentina appearance. Otamendi scoring in his last Argentina appearance. 22 year old Nico Paz scoring a nice goal shortly after being substituted on.

I don’t like the Argentina team or players for the most part but have to watch Messi’s final game for Argentina.

I just spent time in #Alaska with Mary Peltola. We’ve known each other for years, and through the highs and lows, she’s always focused on what matters to Alaskans—issues like affordability, healthcare, public education, and a secure retirement. Alaska’s working families deserve a Senator Peltola.

Bad headline @politico.com Mamdani hung out w/ an overhyped progressive influencer who said stupid things about 9/11. Trump lied about what he did on 9/11, spread lies about Muslim-Americans facing hate crimes & pardoned people who attacked the US Capitol on Jan. 6 www.politico.com/news/2026/09...

OSSOFF: I expect tonight's speech to be equal parts pathetic and dangerous. I think we will hear from the world's most famous sore loser, a prime time presidential sour grapes address reheating, debunked conspiracy theories about an election in which he was soundly defeated.

We cannot accept the reckless use of deadly force by federal agents as normal. There is a pattern of this administration misleading the public and withholding key facts after these killings.

We can see this in the ICE flight data. Domestic “round-up” flights are spiking, and some activist flight watchers report the flights are getting fuller. But deportation and removal flights remain steady. This means the concentration camps are getting packed to the brim. It’s awful to comprehend.

Aaron Reichlin-Melnick@reichlinmelnick.bsky.social

ICE is engaged in a very large escalation nationwide, with the agency claiming to be hitting record arrest numbers amid the return of quotas. This has gotten very little attention from the media because ICE learned lessons from the chaotic disasters of Kristi Noem’s tenure. Keep a watch.

I’d love to see Lukaku play in La Liga. That would be fun. Congrats, Belgium. Congrats to the USMNT for making it this far. It’s embarrassing to have our corrupt president collude with FIFA to influence World Cup rules. That will forever be s shameful part of this World Cup’s history

Trump (with an assist from Rudy Giuliani’s son!) started another war and ruined the most popular sport in the world. FIFA President Gianni Infantino should resign.

European soccer body UEFA criticized FIFA for an “incomprehensible and unjustifiable decision” to let United States forward Folarin Balogun play at the World Cup against Belgium despite a red card in his previous game.

Can we not have military jets flying loudly and at high speeds right near the Capitol please? It’s terrifying, especially knowing how unhinged this president, vp, and director of defense are.
