Free Drag name. You don't even have to credit me: Trixie Hobbitses Unless the very obvious reality that there already is a Trixie Hobbitses is the same reality as this one. In which case, please let me know where they perform, because that show has _got_ to be lit. lit like mount doom.

New!! I now have two options if you want my art in print form at any time, textile or otherwise! I'll make announcements whenever new designs are added. www.teepublic.com/user/tanya-b... tanyabjork.threadless.com As always my art is 100% made by a human for humans.

Sometimes the only thing I can do to stop a spiral is to project the positivity I wish I could feel. Sometimes, in the face of overwhelming negativity and oppression, all we have the energy for is to offer a hand to the person next to us to help them up. It doesn't seem like a lot. But it is.

@akacki.net Hey man. Apropos of nothing, miss you dude. I'm really glad we're in this community together. 🖤

this is a life-saver of a setting for the ADHD crowd!!!

We all do better when we all do better.

Do I know anyone (or know anyone that knows anyone) involved with BSidesPDX, or that area’s defcon group or anything?

Back on this again today! Working with the Adopt a Rent program on standwithminnesota.com, I’m adopting another rent. This Minneapolis immigrant family has a total rent need of $2100. Can you help? V: @Ian-Coldwater CA: $iancoldwater PP: @coldwater Please share and give if you can! Thank you! 🫶

We’re still supporting you, MSP.

I really appreciate the people showing up for their neighbors. Doing the hard work to show that compassion and care strengthen society. Please remember that as others are worthy of your care and support, you too are worthy of care and support. Remember to take breaks, drink water, eat a snack.

Protests happen, but most of what is happening in Minneapolis isn’t protesting. More accurate terms: - observers - witnesses - volunteers - neighbors - residents - people

Your super hardcore technical advice is great and if people can't use it, it's not useful. You have to meet people where they are on the ground

I don’t know who needs to hear this, but courage isn’t the absence of fear, it’s being scared and doing it anyway

If your product lists events as “X Days/weeks/etc ago”, I am _begging_ you to add an on hover or similar way to get an actual date/time stamp If your product has articles/events but doesn’t bother putting any sort of date on each event. Well, I dunno, I guess there’s a specific ring of hell for you

The first piece I taught myself (outside of a lesson) was Auld Lang Syne, last year on New Years. I had been taking lessons for about a month. It's not embarrassing to see where you've been. It's a reminder of how far you've come. youtu.be/KiDzggQWmfk Last year's - youtu.be/bLXcBDNaFU0

It’s mythmas marathon time at Birch Keep again

I'll be performing next week! We're having so much fun with our silly little format, and Servant of Two Maestros does some awesome musical improv that I can't even If you're in Seattle, come check us out!

My "Death by Dashboards" talk from WWHF is up!

Big medical expense coming (we're okay). Any credit cards offering bonus point multipliers on healthcare expenditures (he says with almost no hint of sarcasm...thanks peak capitalism)?

It's been so long since I've made videos. But occasionally one will come up in a convo, and it'll prompt me to go back and re-watch some of them. Other than the "I can't believe I was so X back then" reaction, it's funny to me to see what my start menu shortcuts looked like at different times 😂

This setting was just pointed out to me in Bsky's Accessibility settings

Interestingly, my home audiobook server has way better stats than Audible. Not to say audible doesn't collect them, they just don't bother surfacing them to their product...I mean customers. (My audiobookshelf stats are very skewed because I just onboarded to it in Oct)

The ADHD habit of having to delete and repost a media post 4 times because you keep forgetting to add the alt text each time. :(

what people think hacking is like: Mr. Robot what hacking is actually like: Hmm. That’s weird

Hey ~ Today (or anyday), why not watch some Native American & #Indigenous made short films from around the world? Bonus: the hosts Ariel Tweto (Inupiaq) & Bird Runningwater @birdrunningh2o.bsky.social (Northern Cheyenne/Mescalero Apache) are adorable as can be! 🎬 fnx.lightcast.com/content/sc_5...

Please define what “higher priority” means in your product. Is priority 1 the “highest priority” because it is the first priority? Or since 5 is numerically higher than 1, is it “higher priority”? English is too ambiguous to not explicitly define this in a tool tip where priority is assigned.

DM: There’s a barrel near the hearth. Make a religion check. Players: For the barrel? DM: Yup Players: uhoh…

I’m not on social media as much as I used to be, so most of my interactions with it go something like this: Phone: youve got a new notification in Facebook Facebook: actually, the notification is in Instagram Instagram: HEY! Have you checked out Threads? Someone you might know just posted there! 😤🤬
