Many of the White House candidates for high level positions in the Federal government come across as badly qualified for the jobs they are seeking. If they all happened to be Black, I wonder if they’d instead be rejected as incompetent DEI hires?

The El Salvador government is using its concentration camp as a kind of Disneyland thrill ride for right-wing influencers. The reason those guys are standing silently shirtless behind Noem is that they’ve been asked to do it again and again, it’s part of the whole ride

I felt this way during the first Trump administration given - his informal use of communication lines - general disregard of protocols and discipline - hosting of many official meetings and calls from a private residence (Mar-a-Lago) that is probably fully infiltrated

Why does Musk keep repeating the lie that illegal aliens are being turned into voters? He knows it’s not true. What is his problem?

Aaron Rupar@atrupar.com

Musk: "The waste and fraud in entitlement spending -- that's the big one to eliminate. That's the half trillion, maybe 600 or 700 billion a year. That's also the mechanism by which Democrats attract & retain illegal immigrants by essentially paying them to come here & then turning them into voters."

When Amazon launched in 1995, there were 5,500 indie bookshops in the U.S., with 7,000 locations. By May of 2023, that number had decreased to 2,185 indies & 2,599 locations. When you purchase audiobooks via Libro.fm vs. Audible, you directly support indie bookshops. Let's make that number grow ❤️

Mark my words that this study will be cooked or twisted to draw out the conclusion RFK Jr. wants. They won’t release the raw data or the analysis code - or release it to peer review - as that will reveal how they tortured the evidence until it confessed
