Moving over from Twitter. So starting from scratch again. Here's a bunch of random facts about me: - I played almost every genre of video game out there. - My taste in music is mostly band dependant - I dislike open world games - My taste in food is largely texture based - Kingdom Hearts 2 is peak

Here's a quick lifehack. Do not eat expired food as in food that went bad. I have, through tedious testing, scientificly proven that this will, most of the time, upset your stomach. Yes I am okay. No I did not learn it the first time, nor the time after that. I just hate throwing away food.

Another late night rewritting session. This time because I've decided that introducing a new character that dies after a single chapter only to be resurrected in the next chapter is a bit too much in a short amount of time. It also devalues death a lot. So now they do not die! Yay

I need to stop writting at 1 in the morning. Every time I do, I spend several hours the next day on nothing but fixing grammar and spelling mistakes. Or worse, I'm fixing stupid plot holes.

The worst part of changing certain details about your ocs is all the rewritting you have to do to. I just finished rewritting around 8 scenes just because I thought "Hey maybe a character with a mental disorder you don't fucking understand is a really stupid idea idiot"

Anyway. The character now has a way more open ended problem, that doesn't try to imitate a real life disorder. And I only had to basicly write 6 entirely new scenes for that, given how much I had to rewrite in the first place. Changing how a character behaves ends up changing a lot of text ._.

At this point I'm just curious what qualities as a CEO Randy Pitchford actually brings to Gearbox. The guy is a marketing nightmare. While I do like games like Borderlands and highly respect everyone that workes on them, I can't see the actual positives Randy brings to the table. #Borderlands4

Time for a revisit of last month. Things I would have changed now (A THREAD!) From Daily 32: She could have been framed better to guide the viewer's eyes. With brighter colors close to her face, colder colors outside, linework in circles.

Before listening to yellowcard i just listened to generic metal stuff. So when suddenly their music caught my attention, I took a deep dive into trying to understand why I love their music just as much eventhough the genre and tone is so different. And by now I just listen to much more diverse music

Writing a character just to notice that they are just another part of myself. I've never been great with understanding emotions, but writing helps me transfer them into a character my mind can reference.

Barely anyone knows these characters, as I don't speak to many about them but as a quick example: Raven feels like Sadness, loneliness and numbness, while Liz embodies the childlike joy of discovery, first time experiences and spending time with others.

When i ask myself: How do I feel my mind can then map the feeling to one of these characters based on how i feel I would react to a situation in this moment. So... if I ever say I'm in a Liz mood today, it's probably a good day

This year I will: - Finally start streaming games - Finish my OC backstorys - Flesh out my world building - Get a drivers License - Fix my sleeping schedule - Commission art - Get my health back on track - Not go insane Imma choose 2 or 3 of those to actually fulfill. Gotta be realistic.

And as every year I've returned to the minecraft mines. Crazy to think how such a simple game makes me come back every year to spent another hundred hours or so in it. If anyone asks me why i dislike open world games: Because Minecraft is the only Open World Game where open world makes sense.

Living alone means: - Staying up till 3 am even though you have work at 7.30. - Waking up at 10 am on a weekend and just turning around to continue wasting away - Staying in bed till 3 pm like any working human being - Not cleaning the dishes for 5 days straight - Feeding the cats that actually work

Ah yes. Tired all day into stomach issues in the evening. Then suddenly hyper fixation hits and I'm awake working away till 2 am. Now i have to decide between: A. No sleep, Hyperfixation wins. or B. Go sleep to not mess up my sleeping schedule and be able to go to work in the morning.

The World Ends With You is a game series not enough people talk about. Yes the first game is a bit hard to come by since it was an ds game originally. But NEO:The World Ends with You is not. It's on Switch and PC right now and more people should play it. You don't need to know the first game for it!
