The ending of this week's "Dark Matter" was one of the best things I've seen on TV. Holy. Crap.

Reminder - and I just realized this a few weeks ago - new episodes of "Dark Matter" come out on Friday, but it's like midnight GMT, which is 8PM CST on Thursday so.... tonight! (I know it won't happen, but still hoping to see either magic or dinos in one of these worlds. ;)

I think my daughter was adequately scared by Blair Witch Project but also really frustrated at how dumb the characters acted. Next up will be Cloverfield - she is a huge Godzilla fan.

I have failed at finishing my short story. It's totally fine to keep kicking my own personal deadline down the road, right? (Now hoping to finish by EOM - I've made progress, mapped out the remaining sections.... it's close.)

Shipped a small update to my Markdown PWA (mdviewerpwa.netlify.app ) - which lets you install locally and uses file associations for MD files. Added Mermaid support. That library is a bit large (5 megs), but should be a one time download.

Feedhouse (feedhouse.app) added another freaking cool feature. You can sign up for a newsletter with a custom email from the app. Newsletter shows up in the app as feed items just like RSS feeds.

"VisionQuest" is great but honestly if the show was just James Spader talking that would be enough.

Another quite excellent beer my mom brought home from Europe. I'm not a big wheat beer fan but this is great.
