I always feel kind of weird when people find it unethical to use GenAI for visuals, but see no problem whatsoever with programming. As if it didn't face the same ethical issues (work being stolen against our will, excessive energy usage, etc.).

This feels like a REALLY bad sign for accessibility at Xbox going forward. A huge amount of skilled talent being thrown out as part of this "shake up".
