We were at the Kyiv Sanctions Forum 2026 to ask a hard question: are #sanctions cutting off Russia's fossil fuel money, or just rerouting it? Both, as it turns out. Our ask for the next EU package: ban the sale of #LNG tankers to Russia outright, and their use in Russian projects.
