Buyout worries? USC hasn’t historically been called the “University of Spoiled Children” for nothing…

A grown man freaked out about being called “corny” 😂

I asked ESPN and Utah for comment about McAfee and the relationship with Utah moving forward. This was ESPN's response. www.nytimes.com/athletic/772...

D2 Imperialism Map: After Week 8! #CFBimperialism⚔️ Rules: #D2FB teams divide USA by closest county. Winner take territory until a loss (all go to winner), but teams can get back on the map by defeating others with land! FBS/FCS *can't* win their way onto the D2 map. old.reddit.com/r/CFB/commen...

The Southwick Jug has been found! UConn won the inaugural game, but UMass did not present the trophy on the field due to UMassery, leading then-coach Jim Mora to publicly demand the trophy.

We can confirm that the water tower down the road from Oklahoma's stadium has been painted to look like the one in the Dr. Pepper Fansville ads.

Baylor fires Dave Aranda. Went a perfectly balanced 40-40 at Baylor (less balanced 26-32 in Big 12). Peak was 2021's 12-2 Sugar Bowl season. His final game was losing to Kansas. A classic Big 12 finale.

Utah gets the turnover on downs with 1:31 to play, up 21-13 over Houston in the final game of the night!

D3's Linfield Wildcats have officially extended the nation's longest streak of consecutive winning seasons 70 years(!) after beating Pacific Lutheran, 41-0. The Wildcats are 5-1 in their 9-game regular season.

A small Christian college in Oregon. They won 3 national championships in NAIA's old non-scholarship Division II (1982, 1984, 1986); joined NCAA in 1995, and won the 2004 D3 national championship with a 13-0 record; that was the season before the 10 years of Mount Union & UW-Whitewater's duopoly.

It’s a reasonable assumption that the best team in the Big Ten and the best team in the SEC have the inside track to meet in the National Championship. Right now that’s UCLA and Kentucky. In Football.

Fans storm the field as Wisconsin upsets #16 USC, and it wasn’t all that surprising with Lincoln Riley at the helm.

Badger fans watching their team embarrass Lincoln Riley’s USC and the Brewers tie the World Series on the big screen

...and that is why they are able to build giant casinos

Colorado State (2-4) has probably the worse defense in FBS right now (they fired their first DC mid-game), yet the game with San Diego State has a 62pt O/U, when the Aztecs (3-4) have averaged only 18.33 points per game on FBS opponents this season.

Between losing a game in the final seconds to Dylan Raiola and watching Scott Frost knock off the #2 team in the country in a one-possession game... this has to have been a rough week for Nebraska fans.
