This is another reason why AI losers have gotten into retro decomp/recomp projects. Nobody wants to play AI slop games, so they have to reinforce the value of AI by producing something desirable, which in this case is just repackaging the work of actual talented people.

just wanted to share something i discovered the amount of games released in 2022 compared to this year has increased by 77%. I use 2022 because that marks the last year before AI really took over the internet whats crazy to me is that the amount of games with ZERO REVIEWS has ALMOST TRIPLED. ZERO?

some of the card art i did for card city nights forever (out now 👀). i really enjoyed going for a different style than the previous games for the cards, it was a fun challenge.

they should make some of these cheap retro handhelds that use AA batteries. luckily i have the retroflag gpi (a gameboy-like case for a pi zero), which seems to be the best available AA battery option there is. it's good, but screen is a bit small.

i've forgotten most of kill la kill, but that scene where evil ryuko grabs nui and kisses her, then push her away and say "for good luck" with an crazed expression and zooms off... that lives rent free in my head
