Probably because I complained to him about unleashing an owner's anger on me for a conversation he had with them that wasn't his place to have in the first place. Management has no standing to make decisions on modification requests. That power lies solely with the Committee.

He's constantly telling owners they don't need the Committee's approval or sending approval himself and that's in direct conflict with this community's governing documents. It's literally the ARB Committee's raison d'être. They make those decisions, not us as management.
