No, BBC, he has not been arrested over the video of dinghy slashing. He’s been arrested over the dinghy slashing. Words matter.

This is our biggest betrayal in recent times Not one constituency in Scotland voted to leave But we were dragged out kicking and screaming against our will This should be enough to secure another IndyRef on its own!

10 years ago today. The day that England voted to make itself poorer and in so doing dragging Scotland down with it.

Scotland’s energy wealth should benefit the people who live here, not Westminster parties. In Aberdeen South, only the SNP can beat Farage and the Tories. Vote SNP on Thursday 18th June.

When you see the story about how the world now has its first trillionaire, and when you see the story about how laboratories in Congo have run out of supplies to test for Ebola, it is important to understand that in many ways these are the same story.

Today, we choose a better future for Scotland. I #VotedSNP - if you did too, share this graphic and remind 5 friends to get out and vote before 10pm.

🚨 The final poll of the campaign has the @scottishgreens.org surge to just 1% behind Reform UK! Vote Scottish Greens with your regional (peach coloured) ballot tomorrow to secure that pro-independence majority and stop Reform from becoming the largest opposition party 💚🗳️✊

Goof news, but we need to encourage *everyone* who can vote for this to turn out on the 7th. Apathy is not an option.

Latest poll for the Scottish Parliament elections on 7 May. The SNP way ahead in constituency vote share, and the other Scottish party - the Scottish Greens - leading on list vote share. These are the only parties on Scotland's side. No wonder they're so popular.

Now watch as unionist campaigns, mostly funded by deep pockets of their party head offices in England, wind up criticism of ScotGov by attacking things that are actually controlled by *Westminster*. They are counting on your ignorance about what's devolved and what isn't. Don't let them fool you.

Replying to @ladyjoftay.bsky.social

Without 2 Reform councillors on Fife Council propping up the 35 strong Labour/LibDem/Tory ruling coalition of 35, the 35 strong SNP contingent would be on a equal footing. So the idea that Sarwar wouldn’t work with Reform is fanciful. Fife Council is the precedent.

Not a Labour voter (though I expect to vote some form of socialist after independence is regained), but genuinely feel for socialist Labour voters in Scotland who now can't be sure that their voting on the 7th won't end up aiding horrible Reform. ☹️☹️

With less than a month to go, this election matters more than ever. There are 2 pro-indy parties and 4 unionist parties on the ballot. If we want to max pro-indy representation and minimise unionist seats, we need to make both votes count. 🟡SNP 1 CONSTITUENCY 🟢SGP 2 REGIONAL 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻 𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗼𝘁𝗲

In the last election, over 1 MILLION 2nd votes on the List went to the SNP and returned just 2 MSPs because they dominated the 1st vote in the constituency This left the other 54 list seats up for grabs and it was the Westminster unionist parties that benefited It has to be 🟡 SNP 1 🟢 GREENS 2

Libdems want Holyrood to fix energy bills which is a Westminster power. The only way Scotland gets to control energy policy is independence — the thing the Libdems oppose. You can't make the case and block the solution. SNP 1, Greens 2. 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 www.aol.co.uk/articles/lib...

I support the SNP however, were they to advocate an SNP1 SGP2 voting strategy in May's election, I would respect them considerably more and it would demonstrate their ability to put Scotlands national interests ahead of party politics.

Scotland, it's time to leave, taking our own (cheap) energy with us. It makes sense to vote: 🟨 SNP 1 (Constituency) 🟩 Green 2 (List) If we want to take our independence and energy. #SNP1SGP2 achieves a solid 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿indy majority and minimises the number of Unionist MSPs (especially ReformUK MSPs !!)p

UK govt "will not tolerate" energy firms profiteering from Iran war. It will do what? Ofgem allows profiteering: electricity pricing formula is based on price of gas, renewables are the cheapest. Profiteering is built in. Change the formula, levy windfall tax, prosecute profiteering execs.
