Wow! According to gamespot's list, these are the only new games releasing in November and December. Everyone is getting out of GTA 6's way.

Hot Take: When video game baddies or helmets and armor (looking at you MCU) dissolve into nothing or appear from no where, it makes them feel less REAL. Less solid. Less impressive or intimidating. Time to move on from this trend.

I'm noticing some patterns. Common upcoming game themes: hyper-mobility, bodies floating in the air, giant things, weird humor, and everyone seems to want to be the next X-com.

Seriously considering writing a novel. Got some cool ideas worth exploring. But that's crazy in our current ai flooded environment, right? I guess I could at least do the voice over myself for the audiobook version. haha

Browsing for office chairs is like scrolling through Linkedin. Adding corporate buzz words like "executive" doesn't actually make you (or the chair) more valuable or effective. I guess it's just this way because it works, but I wish it didn't.

Totally agree. Another example. I like awkward humor and playing dumb for jokes. I'll get comments critiquing the awkwardness or "dumb" moments, correcting me and informing me of the mistake. I get that not everyone likes that kind of humor, but sometimes they just missed the joke.

Picking the topic of your new podcast is tricky. Your niche should be small enough so you can stand out, large enough that you can build an audience. Test #1: Is there a subreddit for your show's main topic or concept? No? There's probably not enough of an audience. Go with something else.
